My Nutritional Health Coaching private sessions are individualized. I will listen to you closely and try to understand where you are right now in terms of your lifestyle and diet. I will work with you to help you achieve your goals. I will want to learn about your eating habits, what work for you and what foods don’t work. Do you have intolerances or problem foods, I can work with that information.
