My Nutritional Health Coaching private sessions are individualized. I will listen to you closely and try to understand where you are right now in terms of your lifestyle and diet. I will work with you to help you achieve your goals. I will want to learn about your eating habits, what work for you and what foods don’t work. Do you have intolerances or problem foods, I can work with that information.

Will you have to give up everything you love. No! “Daily food intake is not a one size fits all process”. What is important is eating good whole, clean food.

Individual plans will look at:
  • What has been obstacles in the past
  • Preparation made easy and time management
  • Better grocery shopping
  • How to clean out your pantry
  • Recipes that you can use on a daily basis
Positive differences that can be seen from dietary changes are:
  • Decreased blood pressure
  • Improve energy levels
  • Improved cholesterol and triglycerides
  • Improved or eliminate diabetes
  • Decreased systemic inflammation
  • Decreased chronic pain
  • Eliminate obesity
