As we get older, we tend to blame aging for weight gain, chronic pain, less energy, decreased mental capacity, shortness of breath, being on multiple medications and so on.
I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be this way. We CAN have energy, think clearly and feel great all the way to the end! And I'm living proof! I'm not just saying this. I am living this with you.

I started on this journey 20 years ago when I attended my 1st Holistic Nurses meeting. I was a bedside nurse, stressed out and facing burn out in my life. I knew there had to be a better way. I was overweight, and I knew there was a problem with my eating, But what? Why was I always so hungry? I was eating low-fat, wasn’t that healthy?? I had no energy. I hurt. I was taking tons of Ibuprofen. I was aging.
Fast forward to 10 years ago, I was 10 years older, but feeling better. I learned that I was gluten intolerant. I was eating whole, fresh, healthier foods. For me, I learned that I was carbohydrate sensitive and my body did better eating less carbohydrates and more healthy fats. I became a massage therapist and a health coach. I feel better now than 10 years ago, sleep better, take no ibuprofen.
I am passionate about sharing this information with others, so everyone can feel better and have their optimal life.

Making the 7 Pillars of Health, part of your life will decrease inflammation in your body.
